Minnie

Minnie, a Chinese-Thai national, developed an early interest in K-pop in elementary school, particularly becoming a fan of Super Junior, especially Kyuhyun.

She comes from a well-off family in Thailand, with her father being a vice president at Thailand’s first bank and her uncle being a legendary Thai pianist.

In 2015, she passed a CUBE Entertainment audition held in Thailand and became a trainee at 17, later debuting in (G)I-DLE.

Despite initially being hesitant about leaving her home country, Minnie’s parents encouraged her to pursue her dreams, leading her to move to South Korea.

Minnie’s early days as a trainee in Korea were challenging due to the language barrier, but she worked hard and became fluent in Korean over time.
