Gawon

Gawon was born in New Jersey, USA, and spent most of her childhood there.

Before debuting, she trained under YG Entertainment and later joined THEBLACKLABEL.

She also worked as a model, appearing in advertisements for Adidas.

Her audition song for THEBLACKLABEL was "Teenage Fantasy" by Jorja Smith.

She was introduced as the second member of the group on August 23, 2024.

During her trainee days, she performed Frank Ocean’s "Thinkin Bout You" for a monthly evaluation.

Gawon’s family includes her parents.

She grew up speaking both Korean and English but had to relearn Korean after being more fluent in English during her time in the USA.

She’s allergic to both cats and dogs, though she has overcome a previous allergy to fruits.

Gawon loves mint chocolate and also enjoys eating mochi.
