Danielle

Danielle was born in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, and spent part of her childhood in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, from ages 4 to 7 before returning to Australia.

While living in Korea, she attended ballet and acting academies, which contributed to her early love for performing arts.

She has both Australian and Korean heritage, with her father being Australian and her mother being Korean.

Danielle appeared in several TV programs, such as 'Rainbow Kindergarten' and 'My Heart's Crayon,' and worked as a child model.

She passed the Big Hit Global Audition in 2019, performing Daniel Caesar's 'Best Part,' and trained with YG Entertainment and Source Music before joining NewJeans.

Her family includes her father, Andrew Marsh, her mother, Mo Ji-won, and her older sister Olivia (Gyuna), who is five years older.

Danielle has a dog named Jinny, and previously had a black toy poodle named Choco.

Her Korean family surname, Mo, is rare, with only around 20,000 people in Korea sharing it, originating from the Hampyeong Mo clan.

Danielle's favorite foods are Korean dishes, especially those made by her mom. She also enjoys vegetables like cabbage and zucchini, and fruits such as peaches and apples (she always eats apples with the peel).

She has a taste for milk, tea, and dark hot chocolate, and enjoys ginger-flavored snacks.

She dislikes spiders and prefers her apples to be crunchy.

Her favorite color is baby blue, but she enjoys bright colors in general.

She was the voice behind 'Part of Your World' for the Korean dub of 'The Little Mermaid' (2023).
