Shinyu

Shinyu was born in Yesan, Chungcheongnam, South Korea.

He began his trainee life after being street-cast in his first year of middle school and later transferred to Pledis Entertainment in his first year of high school.

He trained for a total of 6 to 7 years, including his time as a trainee under SM Entertainment.

His first dream was to become a model, which eventually led him to the entertainment industry.

Shinyu’s family consists of his parents and two older sisters, born in 1997 and 2002.

He grew up in a supportive family that encouraged his artistic ambitions.

Shinyu is known for his calm and caring leadership within the group, balancing strictness with warmth.

He has a playful personality and enjoys teasing his fellow members, often bringing laughter to the team.

He attended Silryewon Elementary, Yesan Middle School, and Lila Art High School.

He is close friends with actress Lee Chaeyun, whom he met during his time at Lila Art High School.
